Part of the enormous Vinopolis estate between Borough Market and Bank End, the Cantina bar and restaurant is a favourite with the local workforce and serves a great 3-rum mojito as part of a strong cocktail menu.

Like a lot of the south bank, and all of the Vinopolis estate in SE1, Cantina is a refurbished warehouse with plenty of exposed brick side-by-side with steel and glass. They serve a wicked mojito.
It's browner than most, with strong acidity and bite alongside good burnt-sugar flavour, which is delivered by the molasses-style suger syrup used in its construction. It also has 3 good rums in it - a white and a golden in the body of the drink, and dark rum rather than soda used to top the drink off.
Staff are friendly and knowledgable, and the price is about what you'd expect round here at £8.50 but the cocktails are better than most you'll find on the south bank. 8/10
